Lisa See's Childhood

Lisa see was born on February 18, 1955. She was born in Paris but grew up in Los Angeles. She lived with her mother, but spent a lot of time with her father’s family in Chinatown. See, who is one-eighth Chinese, grew up surrounded by her Chinese-American family. At a young age she became very interested in the Chinese culture. This culture then inspired her to write many bestselling novels.
